About the Role
Ace Hardware Cashiers and Customer Service Associates play a vital role in the daily operations of our stores. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and helping them find the tools and hardware items they need for their home improvement projects. As a key member of the store team, you will assist customers with purchases, operate the register, and answer basic home improvement questions.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will be on your feet, engaging with customers and maintaining the store environment. Your day-to-day activities include helping customers locate specific items, restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and helping maintain store cleanliness and organization. You may also assist with inventory and stocking tasks when needed, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and ready for shoppers.
