About the Role
Ace Hardware is seeking Cashiers and Customer Service Associates to provide exceptional support to our community. In this role, you will be the face of the store, assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
Day in the Life
As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, your day involves a mix of customer interaction and store maintenance. You will operate the register, help customers locate tools and hardware items, and assist customers in finding the specific tools and hardware items they need. You will also answer basic home improvement questions, restock shelves, organize merchandise, and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. When needed, you may assist with inventory and stocking tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
