About the Role
Petco Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. Day in the Life
As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of the store, operating the register and handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Beyond the register, you will actively assist customers in finding pet food and supplies, answering basic questions about pet care products. Your role also involves maintaining the store's appearance by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, helping set up displays, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized, and supporting overall daily operations.
