As a Customer Service Associate, you are the face of our store, helping customers locate tools and hardware items, answering basic questions to ensure they find exactly what they need.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a mix of customer interaction and store maintenance. You will operate the register, restock shelves, organize merchandise, and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. When needed, you may also assist with inventory and stocking tasks related to inventory and general stocking to keep the store running smoothly.
