About the Role
Petco Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. This position is designed to ensure customers have a positive interaction with Petco while maintaining the operational efficiency of the store.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will serve as the face of the store, operating the register and handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and care. You will actively assist customers in finding pet food and supplies, answering basic questions about pet care products, ensuring they leave with what they need. Additionally, you will help maintain the store environment by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, helping set up displays, and keeping the store clean and organized.
