About the Role

Best Buy is seeking Cashiers and Customer Service Associates to serve as the friendly face of our stores. In this role, you will assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges, and general product questions, ensuring a positive in-store experience from start to finish.

Day in the Life

As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you will be the hub of activity at the front end of the store. Your day involves operating the register, handling cash and card transactions, and assisting customers with online order pickups. You will also be the go-to person for answering customer questions and maintaining a clean, welcoming front-end area. This role requires you to stand for extended periods while providing attentive service.
