As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in assisting customers with their purchases, returns, and exchanges, while also answering general product questions to ensure they leave satisfied.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will be the go-to person for transaction processing and customer support. Your day involves operating the register, handling both for cash and card transactions, and for facilitating online order pickups. You will maintain a clean and organized front-end area, ensuring a pleasant environment for shoppers. Success in this position relies on your ability to communicate effectively, use basic computer skills to navigate systems, and stand for extended periods while keeping the energy high and the service friendly.
