Role Overview
Petco is seeking Cashiers and Customer Service Associates to deliver a welcoming and supportive shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining daily store operations while ensuring that pet owners have the assistance they need.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our team, your daily duties will include:
- Operating the cash register and processing both cash and card transactions accurately.
- Assisting customers in locating pet food, supplies, and other merchandise.
- Answering basic questions regarding pet care products.
- Restocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a well-stocked store.
- Helping to set up promotional displays.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
