Role Overview

Best Buy is seeking Cashiers and Customer Service Associates to deliver a friendly and helpful in-store experience. In this role, you will assist customers with their purchases, manage returns and exchanges, and answer general questions about products. You will serve as a key point of contact for shoppers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and process transactions using cash and credit/debit cards.

• Assist customers with picking up online orders.

• Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services.

• Maintain a clean and organized front-end area.

• Provide general support for customer purchases, returns, and exchanges.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possess basic computer skills.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

Compensation

The average pay rate for this position is between $15 and $18 per hour.
