As a Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in assisting shoppers with their purchases, returns, exchanges, and general product questions.exchanges, and inquiries, ensuring they leave with a positive impression of the Best Buy brand.
Day in the Life
Your day revolves around being the go-to resource for customers at the front end. You will operate the register, handle cash and card transactions with accuracy, and assist customers with online order pickups. Beyond the transaction, you will answer questions, maintain a clean and organized front-end area, and leverage basic computer skills to support the customer journey. This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods while engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
