As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in assisting customers with their purchases, returns, exchanges, and general product questions.exchanges, and answering product inquiries. Day in the Life
In this role, you will be the go-to person for customers at the front end of the store. You will operate the register, handle various payment transactions including cash and cards, and assist customers with picking up online orders. Beyond the transaction, you will engage with customers to answer questions and provide support, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Maintaining a clean and organized front-end area is also part of your daily routine, helping to create a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
