About the Role
Petco Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are the Customer Service Associates are dedicated to providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. This role is essential in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and that the store environment remains organized and welcoming.
Day in the Life
In this position, you will operate the register and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Beyond the register, you will actively assist customers with finding pet food and supplies and selecting pet food and supplies, answering basic pet care product questions to help them make informed choices. You will also play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and helping set up displays. Keeping the store clean and organized is a core part of the daily routine, ensuring a pleasant environment for both pets and their owners.
