You will be the face of Ace Hardware, ensuring that every customer leaves with the tools, hardware, and home improvement solutions they need.
Day in the Life
As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, your day involves a mix of customer interaction and store maintenance. You will assist customers with their purchases, operate the register efficiently, and help shoppers locate specific tools and hardware items. Beyond the register, you will answer basic home improvement questions, restock shelves, organize merchandise, and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. When needed, you may also assist with inventory and stocking tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
