About the Role

Ace Hardware Cashiers and Customer Service Associates play a vital role in the daily operations of our stores. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and helping them find solutions for their home improvement needs. As a key member of the store team, you will assist customers with purchases, operate the register, and help locate tools and hardware items. You will also answer basic home improvement questions, restock shelves, organize merchandise, and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. Additionally, employees may assist with inventory and stocking when needed.
