Ace Hardware is seeking Cashiers and Customer Service Associates to provide exceptional support to our community. In this role, you will be the face of the store, ensuring that every customer leaves with the right tools and hardware items for their projects.
Day in the Life
As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, your day involves a mix of customer interaction and store maintenance. You will assist customers with their purchases, operate the register, and help locate specific tools and hardware items. Additionally, you will answer basic home improvement questions, restock shelves, organize merchandise, and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. You may also assist with inventory and stocking when needed.
