About the Role
Petco Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. This position is designed to ensure customers have a positive interaction with Petco while maintaining the efficiency and organization of the store environment.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will operate the register and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and speed. You will actively assist customers in finding pet food and supplies, serving as a resource for basic pet care product questions. Your day will also involve maintaining the visual appeal and cleanliness of the store by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and helping set up displays.
