As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you are the face of our store, ensuring that customers have a positive and helpful experience from start to finish.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will assist customers with their purchases and operate the register with accuracy and efficiency. Beyond the checkout lane, you will help customers locate tools and hardware items, answering basic home improvement questions, ensuring they find exactly what they need. You will also contribute to the store's atmosphere by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. When needed, you may assist with inventory and stocking tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
