As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in assisting customers with their purchases, returns, exchanges, and general product questions.exchanges, and answering product inquiries. Your goal is to ensure that every interaction is helpful, efficient, and welcoming.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will operate the register and handle various transaction types, including cash and card payments. You will also assist customers with online order pickups and maintain a clean, organized front-end area. Your ability to communicate effectively and use basic computer skills will help you provide excellent service while standing for extended periods during your shift.
