About the Role
Ace Hardware Cashiers and Customer Service Associates play a vital role in our community-focused stores, serving as the friendly face of our business. As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers with their purchases, operate the register, and help customers locate tools and hardware items. You will also answer basic home improvement questions, restock shelves, organize merchandise, and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. Employees may also assist with inventory and stocking when needed.
