Day in the Life
As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers with their purchases and operate the register efficiently. A significant part of your day involves helping customers locate specific tools and hardware items, as well as answering basic home improvement questions to guide their decisions. You will also be responsible for restocking shelves, organizing merchandise to maintain an inviting store layout, and helping to keep the store clean and organized. Additionally, you may assist with inventory management and stocking tasks when needed to support the team.
