About the Role
Petco Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and contributing to a positive store environment.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will operate the register and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will assist customers with finding pet food and supplies, answering basic pet care product questions to ensure they leave with what they need. Additionally, you will help maintain the store's appearance by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, helping set up displays, and keeping the store clean and organized.
