About the Role

Best Buy Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are the friendly face of our stores, dedicated to creating a positive and welcoming in-store experience for every customer. As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in assisting customers with their purchases, returns, exchanges, and general product questions.exchanges, and answering their product-related inquiries. Day in the Life

In this role, you will be the go-to person for customers at the front end of the store. You will operate the register, handle cash and card transactions with accuracy, and assist customers with online order pickups. Beyond the register, you will be actively engaging with shoppers, answering questions, and maintaining a clean and maintaining a clean and organized front-end area.
