About the Role

7-Eleven Sales Associates and cashiers are the heartbeat of our stores, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for every customer. As a Cashier, you will operate the register, assist customers with the added responsibility of maintaining store operations, including restocking shelves and coolers, preparing coffee and food items, and keeping the store and restrooms clean. You will also receive deliveries and help maintain overall store readiness.

Overnight Shifts

For those who prefer the quiet hours, our overnight positions offer a unique opportunity to handle stocking, cleaning, and store preparation for the morning shift. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a less crowded environment and enjoy setting the stage for the day ahead. Overnight employees often work independently, ensuring the store is fully prepared for the morning rush.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays $13–$20 per hour, and overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$2 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location. Benefits may include flexible scheduling, health insurance for full-time employees, paid time off, franchise bonus programs, and overnight shift differential pay.
