About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Cashiers to join our team and assist customers while supporting daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring accurate transactions, and keeping the store organized and clean. Cashiers serve as the face of the store, providing excellent customer service while handling cash and card payments, processing.

Day in the Life

As a Cashier, you will greet customers warmly, scan merchandise efficiently, and handle returns with care. You will assist shoppers with product questions and maintain a clean, organized checkout area. When needed, you will also help stock shelves, organize merchandise, unload deliveries, and contribute to overall store cleanliness. Your attention to detail and adherence to company cash handling procedures and customer service policies will ensure smooth operations and a positive shopping experience for our community.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $12 to $15 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises.
