About the Role
As a Carpenter in our concrete construction company, you will be responsible for building, erecting, and dismantling formwork and other structures essential to concrete construction. Your work involves layout, measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing forms for foundations, walls, columns, slabs, and other concrete structures in strict accordance with project specifications and safety standards. You will perform general construction labor, including jobsite cleanup and moving materials, while operating motorized equipment and power tools. This role requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength to assist in pouring vertical concrete and installing reshores. You will also learn to distinguish between different types of materials and equipment, handling vertical installations, framing, and decking operations. The work environment may involve inclement weather, exposure to extreme cold or heat, noise, and dust depending on the project site.
