To get started, candidates must be 18 or older with a valid photo ID and work eligibility in the U.S. The process includes passing a background check. While current CPR and First Aid certification is required, we offer training for those who need it, and we can help you obtain DCW certification if you don't have it yet. No prior professional experience is strictly required if you possess a big heart and a strong work ethic.
