Our mission is to connect caring, dependable people with those who need support, ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

This role is designed for individuals who want to do work that truly matters. Whether you are an experienced caregiver or a family member looking to get paid for caring for a loved one, we provide the support you need. You will be the friendly face and companion for our clients, providing a vital human connection alongside essential care. The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work when it works best for you, while making a tangible difference every single day.

Hiring Process

To get started, candidates must be 18 or older with a valid photo ID and work eligibility in the U.S. The process includes passing a background check. While current CPR and First Aid certification is required, we offer training for those who need it, and we can help you obtain DCW certification if you don't have it yet. No prior professional experience is strictly required if you possess a big heart and a strong work ethic.
