What You Will Do
In this role, you will be the primary source of support for our clients. Your day-to-day involves providing compassionate and personalized care, which includes assisting with essential daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also play a crucial role in health management by administering medications and monitoring health status. Additionally, you will prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring clients receive proper nutrition. A key part of the role is engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation, providing companionship to help clients stay connected and mentally active. You will also be responsible for documenting and reporting any changes in a client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
