About the Role
As a Caregiver, you will join a mission-driven team where every person has the right to live well. You will assist individuals with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges and complex needs. This role is about more than just tasks; it is about developing real, meaningful relationships and taking initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
You will have ownership and trust from your leaders to do what is right for the participants, supporting their developmental goals in areas like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. If you are compassionate, patient, and find meaning in this type of work, you will find a promising future here. This position operates on a Saturday and Sunday shift from 7 am to 7 pm.

Requirements
