About the Role
As a caregiver, you will join a mission-driven team dedicated to the belief that every person deserves a fulfilling career and the right to live well. In this role, you will assist individuals with personal hygiene and support those facing behavioral challenges or complex needs. Your day-to-day involves fostering real, meaningful relationships while taking the initiative to help participants engage with their community and enjoy their favorite activities.
You will support participants in achieving developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. We offer you ownership and trust to do what is right for the individuals you serve, allowing you to grow professionally while making a tangible difference in people's lives.
