The Role

We are urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to join our growing industry and help change the way the world ages. In this role, you will build a meaningful career by providing 1:1 support to seniors in their own homes. You will be part of a team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the seniors in your community, offering companionship, personal care, and essential assistance.

Hiring Process & Eligibility

To join our team, candidates must meet specific state eligibility requirements, including being at least 18 years old with at least one year of professional caregiving experience. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle, as well as TB clearance or a chest X-ray. HCA Registration with the State of California is required (we can assist with this upon hire), and all candidates must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the US.

In accordance with the California Health and Safety Code, TheKey requires timely and accurate positive fingerprint identification of applicants as a condition of employment. Conditional offers may be rescinded if an applicant has been convicted of a non-exemptible crime, in compliance with all applicable state and local laws.
