About the Role
As a Papa Pal Care Companion, you playmate, you will provide companionship and assistance to seniors in their homes. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy connecting with others and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. You will serve as a friendly face and reliable support system, helping members maintain their independence and enjoy their daily lives.
What You Will Do
Your primary focus will be on companionship and light assistance. You might pick up groceries or medications, provide transportation to medical appointments or errands, or assist with pet care. You may also help members navigate technology, such as setting up video calls or sending emails. Additionally, you can assist with light household tasks like laundry, cleaning, meal preparation, and organization. Most importantly, you will engage in meaningful conversations, watch movies, play games, go for walks, and simply spend quality time with your member.
