Liberty FCU is a full-service credit union dedicated to serving its community. We are seeking a Card Services Specialist to join our Operations Center team at 4601 Theater Drive in Evansville, IN. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of our card services and ensuring a seamless experience for our members and staff.
In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for both members and internal staff regarding card-related inquiries. Your day-to-day involves monitoring reports for credit card and debit card quality control, maintaining and balancing related general ledgers, and managing the CardWizard administrative routines. You will also handle critical tasks such as closing inactive debit accounts, processing lost or stolen card replacements, and managing card applications. As a key member of the team, you will support the department during high-volume periods and provide vacation relief, while adhering to our S.E.R.V.I.C.E standards and maintaining a strong focus on security.
