We are seeking a dedicated Campus Assistant to support the safety and well-being of students within our school environment. This position is critical to the effectiveness of our instructional program, ensuring that children are supervised and protected during key times of the day.
In this role, you will serve as a guardian of student safety across various campus areas, including cafeterias, playgrounds, bus loading zones, and locker rooms. Your presence helps maintain a calm, controlled, and respectful atmosphere, allowing students to focus on their learning and social development. You will assist students with daily routines, such as mealtime hygiene and crossing streets safely, acting as a supportive figure who upholds school rules and courtesies.
This is a part-time position requiring 5.75 hours of work per day for 180 workdays annually. We are currently testing for an eligibility list to fill future vacancies for up to one year. If substitute needs arise, positions may be filled from this recruitment as applications are received.

This is a Dual Certification recruitment. Candidates who attain a passing score on each examination part will be placed in rank order on an eligibility list after promotional credits are added to the composite test scores of promotional candidates. These examinations are open to both permanent employees and the public.
