About the Role
Join our growing Client Accounting & Advisory Solutions (CAAS) team as a Manager-level Accountant, where you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering high‑quality accounting support and strategic insights to our clients. In this position, you will oversee full‑cycle accounting operations, serve as the primary point of contact for business owners and stakeholders, and guide a team of junior accountants through training, development, and performance excellence. We’re seeking a solutions‑oriented accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels in client service, and is passionate about optimizing processes and delivering consistent, accurate financial results.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleReview monthly financial statements for business owners and stakeholders
- check_circleFormulate customized accounting solutions based on client data and goals
- check_circleReview reconciliations, bill payments, payrolls, and sales tax returns
- check_circleOptimize workflow processes to maximize efficiency and reduce errors
- check_circleManage and train junior accountants to foster a high-performance team environment
- check_circleServe as the primary client contact and ensure high-quality client service
- check_circleOversee full-cycle accounting operations including transaction entry and month-end close
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting
- verifiedCPA license preferred
- verified10+ years of experience in industry accounting or public accounting consulting
- verifiedExperience managing and developing staff
- verifiedExperience serving family offices preferred
- verifiedExperience working with real estate management groups preferred
- verifiedProficiency in QuickBooks Online
- verifiedExperience with Sage Intacct required
- verifiedExperience with Xero preferred
