We are looking for smart, energetic, technically-focused team members who will help us redefine the car-servicing experience. The "C" Level Technician is responsible for completing preventive maintenance and light line repairs independently with no technical supervision. This individual may also assist senior/master technicians with complex repairs.
We value a positive attitude and teamwork. We are committed to continuous learning, encouraging technicians to stay up to date by reading factory bulletins, covering campaigns, updates, and recalls. We provide continuous training through our Internal Learning Management System and offer opportunities to participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and schools to continuously expand your knowledge of new technology.
Candidates must pass a pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug test. We also require a valid driver's license and basic tools. Successful applicants will undergo paid training to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know.
