As an Inside Sales Specialist, you become the vital link that binds our operations together, partnering closely with sales teams and internal business units to help both new and existing customers discover the right solutions. This role is designed for those who thrive in a sales-driven environment, enjoy consultative conversations, and want to make a measurable impact on customer success.

About the Role

In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to high-value accounts, collaborating with Account Managers to secure one-time and recurring projects. Your day will involve managing multiple lead channels, from hunt lines to web leads and chat, while driving high conversion rates within approved margin guidelines. You will educate customers on relevant Quill.com features and benefits, increasing net sales and share of wallet through consolidation efforts. Success in this role requires a dynamic mindset that remains calm under pressure, allowing you to handle rejection with resilience and turn challenges into opportunities.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will move through a structured interview process designed to assess both sales aptitude and cultural fit. The journey typically includes an initial screening to verify qualifications, followed by a deeper dive into sales scenarios and communication skills.
