As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the vital link that binds our operations together, partnering closely with sales teams and internal business units to help both new and existing customers discover the right solutions. This role is designed for those who thrive in a sales-driven environment, enjoy consultative conversations, and want to make a measurable impact on customer success and profitable deals.

About the Role

In this position, you will manage multiple lead channels, including hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat, while driving high conversion rates within approved margin guidelines. Your day will involve supporting high-value accounts by collaborating with Account Managers and Key Account Managers on projects up to $5M. You will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on relevant Quill features and benefits to increase net sales and share of wallet through consolidation efforts. Success in this role requires maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline in the company CRM, meeting phone time and dial expectations, and staying consistently engaged with customers. You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners such as sales teams, merchants, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
