About the Team

Staples is a business-to-business leader, and Quill serves as the engine that makes ordering supplies easier and more rewarding for businesses of all sizes. From everyday office essentials to technology and cleaning products, our mission is to support companies with an exceptional customer experience. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge connecting our sales teams and internal business units with both new and existing customers. Your role is pivotal in helping clients discover the right solutions while positioning Quill to win profitable deals.

About the Role

This position is designed for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys engaging in consultative conversations. You will partner closely with Account Managers and Key Account Managers to support high-value accounts, securing both one-time and recurring projects. Your day-to-day involves managing multiple lead channels, from hunt lines to web leads and chat, while maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline in our CRM. By developing a deep knowledge of Quill’s specialized product offerings and pricing, you will educate customers on relevant features and benefits, ultimately increasing net sales and share of wallet through trusted advisor relationships.
