As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge between our specialized product offerings and our customers, partnering closely with sales teams and internal business units to help them discover the right solutions.

About the Role

This position is designed for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys consultative conversations. You will support both new and existing customers, helping them navigate our catalog while positioning Quill to win profitable deals. The role involves managing multiple lead channels, from hunt lines and web leads to chat interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to secure one-time and recurring projects for high-value accounts.

Your day will be defined by building trusted advisor relationships that increase net sales and share of wallet. You will educate customers on relevant Quill.com features and benefits based on their specific category needs, all while maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline in our CRM. Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, resilience in the face of rejection, and the ability to remain calm and dynamic under pressure.
