About the Role
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will drive growth by connecting with new prospects, reactivating past customers, and strengthening relationships with existing ones. This role is designed for those ready to take their first big step in business, offering a chance to learn the ins and outs of professional sales, account management, and customer success. You will present pricing programs and proposals to decision-makers while collaborating with teammates to meet and exceed sales goals.
This position offers a supportive, high-energy environment with a four-week new hire training program plus continuous coaching. You will gain hands-on experience and mentorship, developing your business acumen every day under the guidance of experienced sales leaders.
Location & Work Model
This role requires a minimum of four days in the office, with flexibility for remote work on Fridays. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Lincolnshire, IL area and be within commutable distance.
