About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst/Data Analyst to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. This is a critical 6-month onsite role designed to support project delivery through rigorous business analysis and data management activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between functional areas and strategic goals, ensuring that business processes are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with high standards of data quality.
In this position, you will actively participate in all phases of small to medium-sized projects, from identifying risks to delivering realistic quality plans. Your day-to-day will involve managing work under minimal supervision, investigating operational requirements, and driving efforts to completion. You will be responsible for creating user guides, assisting with user training, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement unified approaches to process improvements.
Location & Requirements
This role is strictly onsite in Anchorage, Alaska, and requires candidates to be local residents. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to work independently in an office setting, and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to learn quickly are essential for success in this environment.
