Business Analyst (CPQ/SOM) - Remote Contract
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems or Service Order Management (SOM) platforms, with a specific focus on ServiceNow SOM. You will play a critical role in optimizing end-to-end Opportunity-to-Order processes, ensuring seamless business operations through rigorous requirements gathering, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $65.00/hr - $85.00/hr
- Note: Actual compensation is determined by your skills and experience. Please discuss specific rates with your recruiter.
- Location: Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to CPQ or SOM systems.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing workflows within the Opportunity-to-Order lifecycle to identify and implement areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
- System Support: Assist with system enhancements, configuration updates, and integration efforts.
- Testing and Validation: Support testing phases, validation activities, and user acceptance processes.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive process flows, functional documents, and reporting materials as needed.
