GRTC is uniquely integrated with the community, offering opportunities ranging from launching innovative new service designs to building large capital projects and expanding throughout the region. Joining GRTC means moving to a vibrant capital city with a nationally renowned arts and culture scene, delicious food, and enormous potential. Located just ten minutes from downtown, GRTC's headquarters powers 30,000 transit trips a day. The agency is currently developing more routes and regional connections, as well as a second bus rapid transit line to complement the Pulse, our ITDP Bronze Medal-winning flagship system that serves as the spine of our network.

About the Role

This position serves as a critical operational leader responsible for performing all supervisory functions within the department, including oversight of Window Dispatchers, Radio Dispatchers, Board Builders, Road Supervisors, and Payroll. The role requires exercising discretion and independent judgment to make real-time operational decisions that ensure seamless service for the agency.

In this capacity, you will act as the primary link between management and the field.
