The Budget Analyst serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME II) dedicated to providing comprehensive financial and budgetary support throughout the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. In this capacity, you will ensure that budget development, execution, and reporting strictly align with Department of the Navy (DoW) policies, specific project requirements, and established timelines. This role is critical for maintaining fiscal integrity and supporting decision-making across multiple resource sponsors.

Experience supporting all phases of the PPBE process. Proficiency with USFF TRAP PRISM portal or equivalent budget management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of financial reports, briefings, and documentation for Government stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field is required..
