About the Role

As a Branch Sales Associate, you will be the face of the branch, providing solutions and connecting with walk-in customers using guidance, knowledge, and a winning attitude. This part-time role (approximately 20+ hours per week, 1st shift, weekdays) is designed to maximize sales opportunities, create customer loyalty, and exceed customer expectations.

Your day will be dynamic, requiring you to shift focus seamlessly between assisting customers and performing essential warehouse tasks. You will manage the entire customer experience, from appropriate product selection and accurate order entry to safely picking and loading customer vehicles. Beyond the sales floor, you will play a key role in warehouse operations by picking, preparing, and staging will-call orders, preparing backorders, and putting away new stock. You will also help maintain the branch's appearance through merchandising, showroom replenishment, inventory counts, and housekeeping tasks.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will adapt your communication style to different audiences whether interacting via email, phone, or in person. Success in this role requires a willingness to learn and navigate various computer systems for both customer-facing and warehouse activities, as well as a commitment to safety guidelines and process standards.
