The Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Key Autism Services, you will play a pivotal role in making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families. You will have the opportunity to elevate your career while working alongside a skilled, dedicated team of compassionate individuals.

Your work will involve conducting initial assessments, reassessments, and writing progress reports. You will develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans aimed at lifelong success. A key part of your role includes supervising and training amazing BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans remain on track. You will provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers regarding managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA.

Additionally, you will conduct functional assessments and functional analyses when clinically warranted, review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data, and graph/monitor progress. Our support teams handle client intake, scheduling, credentialing, and billing, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care. We utilize a virtual electronic data collection system to minimize paperwork and expedite plan development.
