About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and elevate their careers while making a lasting impact. Relocation and Locations
We are currently offering relocation packages for BCBAs interested in relocating to any of our locations across the United States. This is a terrific opportunity to make the move you have always dreamed of!
Our services are available in the following regions:
- Alabama: Home-based in the greater Birmingham, Huntsville, and Mobile regions.
- Colorado: Home-based in the Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Greater Denver regions. Clinic-based in Centennial.
- Georgia: Home and clinic-based in and around the greater Atlanta region.
- Illinois: Home-based in Chicagoland. Clinic-based in Norwood Park and Palos Heights.
- Massachusetts: Home-based throughout the Massachusetts region (excluding Western Mass and the Cape). Center-based in Southborough.
- North Carolina: Home-based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, the Triangle area, and Winston-Salem. Center-based in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem.
- Tennessee: Home-based in the greater Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville regions.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleSupervise and train BTs/RBTs on treatment plans
- check_circleProvide support and instruction to families and caregivers
- check_circleReview program effectiveness and make clinical recommendations

- check_circleConduct functional assessments and analyses when warranted
- check_circleConduct initial and reassessments for clients
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- verifiedMaster's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- verifiedObtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- verifiedPersonal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- verifiedPrevious ABA Experience
