About the Role
We believe BCBAs should focus on delivering high-quality therapy, so we provide exceptional administrative and clinical support to make your job easier and more fulfilling. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day case management of assigned clinical cases. This role involves creating appropriate programming for clients based on initial and ongoing evaluations, leading and mentoring technicians, and ensuring the highest standards of treatment quality. You will exercise discretion and independent management of client services, maintaining accurate records and engaging parents in training techniques. By partnering with our clinical team, you will help drive positive outcomes for our clients while advancing your own professional growth within a supportive, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedMaster's degree in ABA or equivalent
