About the Role
As a Billing Operations Representative I, you will play a key role in our remote billing operations team. This position focuses on the efficient processing of non-emergency ambulance claims, requiring a blend of technical coding knowledge, attention to detail, and professional communication. You will be responsible for completing required reports, assisting with special projects, and recommending efficiencies to departmental processes. Success in this role requires the ability to handle a large volume of work within tight time constraints while meeting or exceeding established standards for productivity and quality.

Requirements

- verifiedFamiliar with government payor and HIPAA requirements
- verifiedPreferred: Medical billing, government payor requirements, and medical billing software
- verifiedHighly desirable: Ambulance coding and appeals
