About the Role
Our Reconciliation Analyst serves as a critical support pillar for data capture and financial precision within the company. This role is designed for an energetic individual eager to learn and grow, focusing on the meticulous reconciliation of patient accounts and client payments. You will navigate complex hospital and patient financial management systems to ensure timely insurance billing and accurate financial reporting.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business insights. Your work involves analyzing vendor service outcomes to optimize client billing processes and providing audit performance updates to the Client Services team. Success in this role requires a blend of strong organizational skills, strict adherence to timelines, and the ability to quickly master new financial software applications.

Requirements
